How we help

  • On 1 October 2011 Children's Hospices UK merged with ACT to become Together for Short Lives.

Our aim is to ensure that all life-limited and life-threatened children, young people and their families have the best quality care and support from the moment of diagnosis, wherever they live and for as long as they need it. We support children's palliative care organisations by campaigning and lobbying governments to ensure their voice is heard; helping care staff be at the cutting edge of children's palliative care; making everyone aware of their vital work; and raising funds to ensure they are sustainable.
